In voicemail pro, when a caller is in the process of leaving a message and he paused for a period of time (I think it is approx 15 secs), the voicemail system will treat it like the caller is done with the message, then system will disconnect. Is there a way to change that period of silence...

Hi. Does anybody know how to forward an extension to any number (internal/external) without the call coming back to forwarding extension's voicemail? To put it simply, I want my extension to be able to forward calls, and the forwarded call should not go back to my voicemail if nobody answers...
