IP Office voicemail PRO

In voicemail pro, when a caller is in the process of leaving a message and he paused for a period of time (I think it is approx 15 secs), the voicemail system will treat it like the caller is done with the message, then system will disconnect. Is there a way to change that period of silence timeout?

What version are you on?

I have an IP406 running 4.0.7 with voicemail pro.
