Thanks greg, life saver. Had me stumped. The Phone system was in the title of the thread (Xen Master, the phones are all 16 button displays) but hey thats ok you solved my problem without even needing to know it.

Probably a stupid question but what went wrong?
The feature button on my phone on port 2(101) started blinking today and stopped ringing when it is caled from either an inside or outside line.
Someone explain please??

Handset programming & MAT here i come
Telman do you have a copy of the IPK or Axis/Master MAT? I am not affiliated with NEC in any way and having a lot of trouble programming a Xen Master system.
Basically just trying to figure out how to set ring assignment and should be able to take it from there but the MAT would make things...
Any of you guys still reading this post??
I am having similar problems. The NEC dealer in my location is a joke. I have been trying to locate a programming manual for a multiline handset but if i could get ahold of the MAT that would be awesome (always easier from a computer)

Man this is harder than I thought.
Recently purchased a reconditioned Xen Master system for $1500, what a deal!
I can enter programming mode on the first multiline handset but from there... all goes downhill.
I thought that it would be fairly self explanitory, seems not, too many functions...
