    When we originally setup our BCM, I loaded a bunch of music onto the BCM for hold music. That PC has crashed, and for the life of me I can't remember what format the music needs to be, the file size, and what tool I used to pull the music off a CD to upload into the BCM. Any ideas?

    Ok, I'm not sure I understand what your saying the fix is. If I leave the "Public Received number length" to 3 and change the received digits to 2 on my extension and I dial it, it goes to the front desks phone. So, if I wanted to change the the length, I'd need to set it to a different length...

    Ok, Line 242 has a pub. Received number of 100. And the numbers increment by 1 as I go down the list. Is this the issue? Those 3 digits line up with the last 3 digits of the phone number that target line points to. If this is the issue, is there a work around?
