You have problem with your ELU 34 replace it but check your lines before replace the card there might be high voltage leak from extentions cables or your infrastructure.
Some of your telephone lines can have ground because of bad cable. first check them. and ?f you have spexi extention check their lines if groud correct them. Than restart tmu board if you still have the same faulth replace the TMU.
TLU 83 CAN SUPPORT CALLER ID. BUT WHAT KIND OF CALLER ID IS YOUR INCOMING TRUNK? FSK OR DTMF?
TLU83 CAN BE SUPPOTED CALLER ID FSK AND IT CONVERTS TO DTMF CALLER ID YOU CAN SEE ON THE SCREEN OF DIGITAL AND ANALOG EXTENSIONS.
I HAVE ONE AND IT WORKS GOOD.
you are using different forms did you check them? but this is not send that alarm I thik your user's traffic is so high that log file can't send some data to your computer. try to crease cil data .
and try DMPSIZ=1 .
I see incomig calls in raw data but tabs don't show them and don't report any incomig calls in the reprts menu.
Is there any way to save raw data in a log file seperated from the TABS?
By the way there ?s a pdf file exists in the tabs it/pdf folder I can't open it to change data ?f someone...
I need help about TABS IT.Does anyone know if its possible to report caller id numbers from the public exchange to internal extention? Igot outgoing reports normally but incoming numbers can not be recorded to database.
