we do have the same problem but to all our PCs, where using small business 5.3A. the crash usually happen when we tried to export the report from Inventory Reconciliation under I/C Physical Inventory, I tried already to put on the lowest macro security, but still crashes.

We are currently using Small Business Edition 5.3A ACCPAC and running a Windows XP operating system. We do have a project to upgrade our operating system from Windows XP to Windows Vista...does ACCPAC is ready for Windows Vista? does anybody tried it upgrading their operating system to Windows...

Before I received your reply we tried to re-start our server and it helps solved the problem, but we have one work station that came out a new error message "Cannot access database (error=40962)", does your reply applies also to this error? Thanks.

We haven't contacted yet Technosoft. Yes we can ignore and delete them but it accumulates batch numbers and it just bother us since seems to be something wrong with it.

Another problem I've just discovered is that our inventory control module doesn't compute the right costs per item. It's because the way it was set-up we can sell items to go below zero, definitely the FIFO costing will have a wrong cost per item. Do you have any idea how we can correct this...
