I have a customer that wants to install SIP trunks on IP500 4.1.15 and he has bought 24 licensed channels. How many SIP lines and or channels do I need to build in the IP500 to accommodate the 24 channel license? Do you build one SIP line and 24 channels or how does that all fit together. Thanks...
I have setup 25 users with Message Manager to check Voicemail and Faxes. When a fax of multiple pages comes in it seems to dump all the info on one page and the rest are fine.
Ex: 12 page fax comes in Pages 1-5 are clear page 6 is a mess and 7-12 are clear.
I have a fax server connected to...
Antbody having issues with IP406V2 4.0.10 dropping secondary dial tone. It will work for a while but just stop and I have to reboot to get it working. Did not have the issue in 4.0.7 so just wanted to check and see if anybody has this problem or it is just my luck....
Thanks
I am trying to use this model of Analog phone with an IP 406V2, ver 3.2.59. The voicemail system is a Duvoice DV200 and I cannot get the message waiting light to work. It seems as if there are a few options but trying to get it right without rebooting every time I try a different setting. Anyone...
Sizbut-
I have 3 ARS entries which are the following.

Main line group (0) is 23 channel PRI with Secondary dial tone ticked on the ARS form. Inside the ARS for I have the following.

Had the same problem this weekend. I have the correct short codes and on the ARS form I have Secondary Dial Tone ticked.
Tried other ways but nothing seems to work, copper trunks or PRI. I have 5410 qnd 5420 sets and get the same result on both.
Any Ideas?
I have a IPO 4.05 with 5410 sets and would like to know if anyone has this answer.
Can I change the ring sequence for the second appearance if I am on the first one. Currently it will beep in your ear and flash on the set.
Is this something I can change and if so how?

you may be on to something there with the VCM model. Each time was a VCM 4 with the same issue and the upgrade fixed it. We are installing a 406V2 today with a VCM 8 and I am anxious to see what happens, if anything.
seems as simple as a faulty VCM but I ordered a second one and had the same issue. Followed my troubleshooting steps but no success, just kept rebooting. Once I upgraded to 3.2.54 the problem went away and the VCM was good and also the IPO. Since I had to prove my trouble with the (BAD)VCM I...
I have a 3.2.53 IPO 406V2 and tried to add a VCM4 to the system. Upon installation the IPO rebooted continuously until I removed the VCM module. Downloaded 3.2.54 Bin files and upgraded my IPO and it seems to have cured the problem. Has anyone encountered this issue yet?
I have CCCv5 latest version and IPO v3.2.53 and everything is working correctly except trying to pull reports. When I open a report it just hangs there and actually stops the service CCC Reporter on me. I can get the site to come up locally on the CCC Server but cannot pull a report without it...
CarGoSki,
I actually did it the correct way but put it in my message backwards. I think the reporter software is using the 2.0 .NET and it seems like it works for some and not others.
I will try and stop Delta-Archiver and restart as listed above. Maybe just time to reload the whole thing...
When I start the CCC reporter it states that there are no licenses available. I am running IPO 3.2.53, CCC 5.0.33, and VM Pro 3.2.28. I have the Archiver and Delta Server running on same PC, followed tech tip 131 completely and still having issues. I can go to any PC on the Domain and load CCV...
