Did you have TN464 before you upgraded? The TN464 has the echo cancellation option right? Did this resolve the problem completely?

My users are experiencing issues with echos when making calls on an IP phone. We are also having a problem when dialing an 800 number. When you are given the option to choose 1, 2 or 3 etc., you can hear the tone, but it does not register on the phone and you have to hang up and call back...
I just added more IP phones and now users are experiencing static and jitter. I am trying to figure out where I can find information on packet loss and jitter. Is there a specific command that will give me this information?
