Hello,
We have an office in Canada that connected to our office via VPN. They have phone extensions that are set in our PBX, but the voice quality is really bad. We decided to send them a MultiVOIP 210AV and set this up to use their potts lines for inbound and outbound calls while still allowing them to utilize their 4610 IP Phones.
So far I have completed the settings in the node names, signaling group, the H.323 Trunk group, add the location, the network region, route pattern and the IP network map. The
I walked them through the hardware setup and now I just need to know what more I need to do in the PBX. How do I switch them over to the MultiVOIP and will this be a seamless transition?
We are running CM 3.1 on a S8500 Media Gateway Server.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
