Hi Guys,
I have a customer with a BCM50 release 5.0. They have CLID on the incoming trunks which shows on the T7316 but it will not show on the two DECT handsets. They are using the ports on the system and not ATA's.
Is there something im missing to pass this through?

I ordered the BCM450 upgrade kit but the back order is 3 months, so I have now ordered a BCM450 instead. Is there an easy way of getting the config from the 400 to 450 without programming from scratch?

It's a UK system and the dip switches are set to BUS1. It does show CLI on BCM monitor as it does on the IP phones but just not on the handset. I have patched the system and it's running on 4.0. I have also ticked the box for CLI

Hi All,
I have installed a GASM8 onto a BCM 200. I'm having an issue with CLI coming through the phones. I put all the latest core patches onto the system but nothing has changed.
Am I missing something?

Hi Guys,
I tried to apply patches to a BCM400 last night, strange thing happened. Shows the patches being loaded but then nothing happens. I closed the EM but when i logged back in nothing is in the alarm log and also its shows nothing in the patching history.
I thought it maybe the Java on...
We have got a little further on this. Firstly we have added the target lines on the 400 to recieve from the BCM50
Secondly we have found that the 50 has the same extension range as the 400. So, that beeing the case, system restart to make it a different range. Hopfully this will resolve it as...

And can you see it leave the BCM50 on monitor? Make sure you add Pri-A in the remote access package and also Pool B. Also, go to the Active VoIP lines and check they are allocated to Pool B?
And to be sure, make sure the two can ping each other?

Ok, go to ip trunks and make sure you have the destination digits in there. Then, check your routing table that the line type is public and the its using the VoIP trunk pool. After this, run BCM monitor on both and see if you can see it trying to leave on the VoIP trunk and if it's being...

I have a system where everyone has to get an outside line via the operator. So, when they say "Can i have an outside line?"
How do i do it?
I can dial the number for them and transfer it no problem, but when i need to get a line, it won't work. It's an ISDN30

I found if you downlaod the Macrovision version of EM which is version 2.05, it will resolve the problem. What i don't understand is, why Nortel didn't put this on the patch!!
