    Quick fix is to add access code instead of the 9 or change TGAR on the Phantom set. Thanks for all your help.

    I tried it with a phantom DN and had the same issues. I allowed cfxa, removed restrictions. Still the same issue. If I use a set and cfw the set to external number it works. Any suggestions on what I am missing.

    I have a ACDQ ncfw to an external number. It works great when I dial the extension but when the operator transfers the caller she gets a reorder tone. System is Opt 11 Rls 25. I have cff, trnx and extt=yes, T1 with did channels vod.
