I upgraded opt 11 to 5.5.
Since then customer can't use calling card.
When I trac dn in ld 80 I'm missing last 4 digits dialed.

could give them a 4 digit dn to dial when wanting to use calling cards, the digit dn being a maxp 1 ncfw to acod of the route. so, they call the dn, get dial tone, place the calling card call.

Dialed with acod - same problem
Dialed on Dmark - no problem
Dialed a # sign afte the toll free to clear register - this worked.
What do I need to change to eliminate the #sign?

It worked.
Having this set so low, will this cause any delay in regular dialing?

yaa! Glad that worked. The EOD and ODT timers are unlikly to affect anything...but here are examples:

If a user dials "slow" (i.e. has a delay between digits that exceeds to timer value) you will not see subsequent digits in CDR (Call Accounting) records.

If the timers are set too high, you can't outpulse PINs all the time - plus if the call connects to the far-end party before the timer is reached, the conversation may be one-way for a short time.
