We have a Nortel Norstar PLUS Modular ICS telephone system and were wondering how to backup the programming in case of a system failure? Can anyone tell us step for step how to accomplish this.

We have Windows Server 2008 Standard SP2. This is our domain controller with active directory, DHCP server, and print services enabled, etc. Can we install SharePoint Services 3.0 SP2 on it? or does it have to be a dedicated application server?

I don't think it's a channel issue, but you never know. The system has been working great up until yesterday. I think it is a roll over problem. Where can I go to check the AA to see if I can view the roll over numbers or is that something that has to be done on the telephone company side...
Our auto attendant does not answer all of the time. Why is this and how do I fix it? I made a few changes a while back: I disabled the GD mailbox and programmed some call forwards on some phones. It was working fine, so I thought, now AA sometimes picks up and sometimes it just keeps...
I tried pressing *, # and 0 while the greeting was playing but had no success. It forced me to leave a message or just hang up. Do I need to activate something else on the GD mailbox?
I really want to be able to disable the GD, but I want the callers to have options because the way it is setup...
Can you add a menu to the general delivery mailbox? I need to give the caller the option of being transferred to another extension if they reach the general delivery mailbox.

We do not have much of a budget for this. Does anyone know of any windows based programs that will do this with our current server?
