I know it isn't the best practise to connect the PBX directly trought the internet.
But is it possible to retrieve the information of the SIP account, without accessing directly the IP Office?
Currently we have had a client (with Avaya IP Office v8) that got some unexpected calls made to international numbers :
Examples :
+9609005970
+9609005346
+9609003000
+9609001300
+46317539367
+37178820061
+38761002227
From the VoiP-provider registration log we have seen that the SIP account...

Nic 1 : Internal
Nic 2 : External / Internet
Nic 3 : DMZ
On the DMZ there are webpages hosted. The webpages run under a database in the Internal network. This is working well.
I can access the webpages from the internal network.
I can't...
We currently have an other company in our office. They wanna use our IP-office to dial out. We've have activated a SIP-line for this company. I've made a Short Code so the users must dial-out with a prefix, with the SIP Line.
Now the problem is that some people forget to dial-out with the prefix...

I can call to my SIP-number but when I answer the call no I can't hear anything. When I call to the outside I can hear everything.
Config :
-IPOffice 500 (4.0.7)
-Telephone 5610SW IP
What am I doing wrong??
I've an account that's working going outside, but incoming calls won't come in.
My question :
-How do I configure incoming SIP calls?
-How do I configure the firewall (Netasq) for SIP?
