Is it possible to give an Extension a default outgoing ARS. And not with an Short Code.

You either need to use a shortcode to dial the number or route to ARS that's how it works. What are you trying to achieve?

ACS - IP Office Implement

We currently have an other company in our office. They wanna use our IP-office to dial out. We've have activated a SIP-line for this company. I've made a Short Code so the users must dial-out with a prefix, with the SIP Line.
Now the problem is that some people forget to dial-out with the prefix 9.
So I wanna know if it's possible to give the extensions an default route to the correct ARS.

You put all their users in a user rights group that whatever they dial sends them to the ARS. So create the group make only shortcodes apply to user rights and add the shortcodes 9N
Dial
Tel number N
Line group 50(ARS)
Obvoiusly change the shortcode to whatever you use but you get the idea.
Don't forget a dial emergency shortcode though.

Sorry I should say also add an N or ? shortcode to match when they forget the 9.

You do not need the prefix if you do not want to
Like said, give the users a user right and put in a shortcode with the right ars or give them a user shortcode and point that to the right ars
