Incoming SIP

I've an account that's working going outside, but incoming calls won't come in.

My question :

-How do I configure incoming SIP calls?
-How do I configure the firewall (Netasq) for SIP?

do you have an account like sip@sip.com or do you have 1234567890@sip.com ?

i had a probelm with incoming also and had the name version
i needed the number version
after changing it started working

I've got an 1234567890@sip.com account. At Incoming Route I don't have defind a number.

i should not matter but hey you never know with sip

What is the most effective configuration for Incoming SIP thrunks?
