I ran the SSA & the lines ar not used when dialing from IPO to BCM.
I configured the BCM network to both public & private with now change.
I will change the h323 trunk to IPT but for the IPO should I change the supplementary to none?
I have a customer with an existinb BCM450 R6.0 & IP Office R9.0.
the BCM has a VOIP gateway lices & the IPO has a VCE networking license & we need to connect them via H323.
now calls from BCM to IOP going fine but calls from IPO to BCM does not go out.
in the IPO I set the suppelmentary services...
I managed to reconfigure the CHAP server for the IVR, now I do not get the waiting for CHAP resources to become available error message but I get a new error message as below:

I used TTrace Console but could not get IVR logs although I selected the IVR.

I will try removing persist security once I am back to the customer.
I already created another dummy oracle dbase with the same result.I also exported this dbase to access dbase & it worked fine with the same setup.
the problem seems to be with Oracle dbase only.

I upgraded the IPO to R6.1 & still waiting for the BCM upgrade keycode.
I noticed that the SIP trunk setup hass changed than the 6.0 & I could not find the ITSP IP address, only the ITSP domain name.
anyone got IPO 6.1 to work with BCM 6.0 using SIP?

the BCM is configured to route calss correctly & it is already connected to a trixbox using SIP.
