    I swapped the cards, removed all but 1...etc. The power LED was on. I have a replacement in stock, I'll go try that one tonight.

    I think its a dead module. Accessing the lines says "not in service" I swapped out the fiber, that didn't work either. I'll send it back and see if the new one is any better.

    Thanks for the input. I told the people here that if it is too loud, to turn down the volume while the page is being broadcast. They want us to do it... $$$ yah! The amplifier volume is perfect, so they say thanks again!

    update: we turned off the general delivery mailbox and it goes right into voicemail and says "the person you called is not available, using the dialpad please enter....." I have been through programming to try to figure out which station is sending to VM, but only 1 phone is set to Appr/ring...

    This was working OK yesterday, all of the sudden today, all of the lines get answered after the 1st ring with the general delivery mailbox. The customer went and unplugged the CP100 by himself, and he's just about ready to shoot it with his 12 guage. Any advice?
