Hi,

Is there a trick to getting one of these 12x0 modules to work? I have it plugged into the top port (8) of the 6 port fiber expansion card, and programmed that for a trunk module.... but in programming the module says "unequipped" and when I try to access a line, it doesn't work.. it says "not available" or something like that (I am not on site, will be in about 2 hours)

Sorry for the run on sentence :)

Thanks for your help

I rebooted last night, didn't help.

I left it up and running since about 3am this morning, so hopefully when I get in it works.

Did you disable and then re-enable the Module in Maintenace? Also might want to check the Fiber connecting the 2.

I think its a dead module.

Accessing the lines says "not in service"

I swapped out the fiber, that didn't work either. I'll send it back and see if the new one is any better.

Was the power LED lit? If not definitely dead if power source is ok.

I swapped the cards, removed all but 1...etc.

The power LED was on.

I have a replacement in stock, I'll go try that one tonight.
