    I will give that a try. I have messed with #208 and assigned L04 to Ext 20, but I'm pretty sure I've always had L04 set to either 1 (assign) or 3 (VMS Line Cover) in #206.     TouchToneTommy that's the whole point. You can dial the 1218 number from any phone but extension 214. amriddle01 I apologize for not collecting a working call trace from the same extension. I broke the troubleshooting laws... But sometimes that's what happens when dealing with a busy customer...

    I figured out a work around that works for me. I am routing the incoming calls to a huntgroup with just one analog extension that doesn't have a phone. This hunt group has announcements on, and a short overflow time which sends the call to the main huntgroup. This way the call gets answered...
