Hey guys.

I've got an older IPO Basic - Partner Edition 6.0 (18). The customer called saying that it has been shutting off for a few minutes a few times a day. It is plugged into a UPS, and the Control Unit Audit shows some Cold Starts due to a power failure. Here's where it gets strange though. To view that info, I had to log in with Manager/Manager. I cannot log in with Administrator/Administrator. I have even used a serial cable and did AT-SECURITYRESETALL, and still cannot log in. Could this be related to the reboots? Do you think I may have a chassis, power supply, or SD Card going corrupt? I'm not sure where to go next with this issue. Thanks!

Would that be using security/securitypwd ? Still tells me access denied. the AT-SECURITYRESETALL through serial connection should reset security settings anyway.

I just realized I should have posted this in the Partner Edition Forum. My apologies.

your in the right place if this is an IP Office basic partner edition

It is, but I noticed there's a dedicated forum, but not with much activity.

OK, so NTS reminded me that older systems had a login of Administrator/password, but that still did not work. They confirmed that the AT_SECURITYRESETALL should have reset the password. He's not sure what to think of it either.
