Yes, the first name, last name, description, user is all filled out. The mailboxes are all initialized....all flags have been checked and double checked....just can't get it to work!
PS: There are no silly questions with this product :)
Does anyone know how to get this to work? We've tried the CRA with digit trans and # to use company directory. When you call in and press #, spell the name and press # again, it takes you (always) to the first extension (administrator). Anybody know what we are missing????
Is there any way to change the blinking while on a call to solid? I have a customer complaining that on call, and incoming call are too similar.

Scenario: All lines answered by Reception. When she's on a call, she only gets an alert for the next incoming call. Is there a way to make a "repeat" alert, or, better still, make the call ring on her set until it forwards to AA?

2 hotels, 1 Mitel 200AX. 10 trunks for first hotel, 6 trunks for the 2nd hotel. They are totally separate entities. The AA is used by the first hotel. Is there any way to have an AA (totally separate) for the 2nd hotel? Would I have to create a 2nd VM hunt group for them? A 2nd...
1. Does the guest room have a mailbox, either via PMS or FD Mailbox?
2. Is there a blinking alarm light on the console?
3. Is your time format correct from the guest room (ie 24 hour format only)?
4. Option 322 in COS of the rooms?
