Hi All,
I'm looking for feedback, suggestions, etc. We have a site with a SV8100 system but due to issues with the HVAC system, users in the front office were relocated to a different site until site repairs are made, (estimated time is atleast another 2+ years until they can move back)...
So wherever you're showing the lockout time might also show you hints about what is causing it. Do you have any other information? It's hard to determine the reason. Also, is this on a personal device or are you on a domain? (workplace environment)
You may need to re-enable the ribbon tab.
-Right-click on the top-ribbon and choose 'Customize the Ribbon'
-See if there are any tabs not checked. You may have the mysql tab unchecked.
So if I understand the question correctly, you're wondering what the Domain Controller is needed for:
The Domain Controller on 192.138.1.105 is the server that maintains all the user logons on your network. When a user logs onto their computer, their computer checks in with the Domain...
Just curious about the Server's role.. What roles does it perform on your network? (Domain Controller? Print Server? Application Server? Or just holds the data drive?) I'm wondering if a server role that is installed isn't compatible with the upgrade. Some upgrade no problem but I read that some...
Also, is a fresh-install possible? That would save you a lot of the headache upgrading can bring. Always better to just fire up a fresh server and configure, of course, I understand there are those cases where it's preferred to upgrade.. Just wondering...
It sounds like it should work. Microsoft's 'Supported Upgrade Paths' even list that 2003 R2 will upgrade to 2008 R2. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd979563(v=ws.10).aspx
I assume you're running Enterprise versions of both 2003 and 2008? What version Host are you running?
We have over 50+ Cisco C819GW-LTE-MNA-AK9 routers that use the Verizon network to supply internet access to highway maintenance sheds spread across our state. We are seeing issues with the WiFi network. If a user tries to connect their laptop to the wireless network, the network speeds they...
I have a user at a remote site that when you call him, you don't hear a ring tone, you sit in silence. The user sees the call come in on his side but when he picks up, it drops the call on both sides.
-Tom
Our remote site will be using a different answering service soon.. We see the settings for the Service Modes for Night Service, but where would we find the number calls are going to in order to redirect them somewhere else?
Thanks, -Tom
-Remote office has DT700 phones
-Main Site running SV8300 System
The phone company ported over the main number for the remote site to our DID pool at the primary site. We were hoping to quickly set up the forward to the extension at the remote site.
The DID number is not showing up in command...
In your opinion, when do you feel Windows 10 is ready for an enterprise domain environment? We have 2 test PCs on the domain and everything seems good so far, but I'm curious what everyone thinks about deploying Windows 10 to client Windows 7 PCs. Is Windows 10 at that point yet?
Thanks, -Tom
How do you change the Ringtone on a DT700 2-button/No LCD Screen phone? Some documentation I saw mentioned calling an extension but I'm not sure what that is set to.
Thanks, -Tom
I'm in CM76 creating documentation of all our DID numbers and where they go.
What I'm doing is going through YY=99 and starting with 0 to grak the DID number and the Conversion Block Number. Is there a way to easily list all the numbers instead of individually going through each one?
I'm trying to determine the best way to handle this situation:
1)If you want to talk to a phone nurse about a prescription or a form or whatever, call main hospital # and option 6 for nurse in auto-attendant.
2)Sub menu for Nurses:
Option 1 for Forms
Option 2 for Prescriptions
Stay on line to...
