-Remote office has DT700 phones
-Main Site running SV8300 System

The phone company ported over the main number for the remote site to our DID pool at the primary site. We were hoping to quickly set up the forward to the extension at the remote site.

The DID number is not showing up in command 7699 with a serial number. When you call the DID number, it does reach the auto-attendant but why won't the PBX assign it a serial so we can proceed with the rest of the DID setup?

Thanks, -Tom

It may be assigned to overflow to the AA if there is no setting (5106). Select an unused table in CMD 7600. Then assign that table the incoming DID number. In CMD 7601 + 7602 assign that table to terminate at the extension.

Thanks Belevedere, this worked perfectly!
