I want to set a workflow rule so that the system sends a Task to the owner of every contact that has not been modified since 3 months.
I don't know what event is appropriate: it is not Create. I thought it would be Manual, but it doesn't work either...
Can someone help me?

I specified a few values in the Picklist for the Sales Stage attribute, but when I run a Sales Pipeline report, the system marks "Not Specified" for the Sales Stage.

When I want to close an Opportunity, (Action > Close Opportunity), the system tells me I don't have the proper rights to do that.
As, I'm seeting the user security roles for my users, I don't know which specific role allows that.
Any ideas?

When my users try to go offline (when in Outlook), here's the message they get:
"Could not go offline due to missing rights on Queue"
But in the Security Roles, they have the right to "Go Offline"... so I don't understand!!

I have only 10 licenses for my CRM deployment.
Suppose I Create a role with only reader-access rights and give this only role to a person in my organization. This person won't be able to create, edit or delete anything in the CRM... just read.
Is it considered an extra license?

Ok now I understand.
We also use the TRACK IN CRM button, once all the replies are complete, but I thought of that only as a temporary workaround... looks like I'm gonna have to use it as a definite solution for my users.

I'm not sure I understand your point.
Do you mean that without this code, we couldn't find the related contact/account? But what if the e-mail isn't related to any contact/account, but just a general e-mail?

When I send an e-mail through the CRM tool, it generates a weird code in the subject.
For example, if I send a message with the subject "Hello", the tool wil transform the subject to "Hello CRM:00020005"!!!
Can someone help me get rid of that code?
