I ran wireshark on the cucm side (my PC and softphone) and the 4K is sending a 403 forbidden error. This in conjunction with a Q.850 cause code 21, all points to the 4K not liking what I am dialing.
I am dialing *310092 where *3 is directed call pickup and 10092 is where the call is parked.
No trace yet. I need to make an adjustment in the cucm and the trunk gets bounced with each change. Not something I can do during the daytime.

I have a Cisco call manager and a HiPath4000 and an OSV trunked together. The two Unify systems share a branch office for park and the CUCM has it's own park.
I am disconnecting the OSV so I am losing the nice park server. If I park a call on the 4K with directed park, I can pick it up from any...
This may be the wrong forum but I cannot find an Xpressions forum
I know Xpressions has a numbering Plan in the OSV but where in Xpressions does it reference this NP?
I want to change the outbound routing but I do not want to change the existing NP. I would rather write a new one and then make...
Sounds good.
Since I'm going to send all traffic from this campus out through that Cisco gateway I'll need to cover local, long distance, 911 and toll free. So I'll take what you have told me and work it from there.
I have local working now properly and am detailing out the rest to program the...
Thank you Moriendi.
You gave me the clues I needed. Calls are now working. I send an 8 plus number to call manager. Call manager changes the calling search space and changes the 8 to a 9 and routes it out the proper gateway. All working perfect now.

Well alright. Call Manager is sending back 'unallocated number'
This is good news since I now see the number as Call Manager sees it.

I'm getting the area code twice. This should be an easy fix.
Hello,
I have a situation where I need to route calls from my 4K V7 to my Cisco call manager.
I would like users to dial normally, 9-XXX-XXX-XXXX but I would like it to send 8-XXX-XXX-XXXX to my cisco call manager.
I have built the Richt and ldat and I believe the magic would happen in the...
This works perfectly, Thank you so much! DID, Caller ID, all perfect.
Now, how do I get a PIN on this thing? I have not worked with PINs on the 4K yet.
Yea, DISA was popular on the legacy PBX's and could be controlled with a PIN.
I'll most likely just wait until this user is on our Cisco platform and then she can have Jabber on her laptop and cell phone with her desk number. Much simpler and easier.
Thanks Guys. I'll still play with this a bit...
In most PBX's I have worked with I can set up a way to call into the PBX and then make an outside call. This displays either a predefined number or my desk number depending on the system.
Is the HiPath 400 V7 capable of such a thing?
No, I am probably not the guy for that though I would be interested in learning more about reading the logs.
We feel that since it is now up and taking traffic and we are rolling out a Cisco CUCM, we don't really care at this point and we did not even notice it to begin with.
I have resolved the issue by moving the PRI DUIT2 from IPDA 22 to shelf 10. The cord was long enough to do this.
It seems IPDA 22 doesn't want to clock any more and we are not going to replace the NCUI.
Issue resolved. Because I have the bandwidth for the calls on this PRI bundle, there's no...
Thanks Moriendi,
I have no idea if it was ever working. There are no DID's on it and it is bundled in a three PRI group for some outside faxing. A lot of extra channels here so I would not ever notice this if Century link did not find it yesterday during other trouble shooting.
I have cleared...
Greetings,
I do not see an answer in the forum so I'll ask my question.
4K V7 with a PRI that is down. Telco just told me it is because of clock slipping errors on my end.
A display of refta below. No X in the supplied column. How do I fix this?

Hello,
I have a VG202 gateway FXS. I can receive incoming faxes ok but outgoing to PSTN fail.
I see in wireshark traces that the RTP packets are being directed to my CUBE loopback address per the cucm in the SDP of the call and there is never an RTP response from this address.
I may not even be...
