you are fantastic, thanks for the info. the version CE I currently have on here is 6.0-R3 GR2.2, is the 1.3 package older than what I've got here for CE? In a perfect world it would be great to see a configuration matrix of what BIOS goes with what GRx.x. In the .dat files as I browsed that...
Are there different BIOS revisions intended for use in CE v POSReady2009? I'm running WinCE in the one I'm inquiring about... Trying to find this kind of info on the internet has been a disappointment, I don't see anything out there for downloads, install process, revision history, etc.
Hey gang, anyone have any info on updating the BIOS revision in a WS5A? currently have a 1000G BIOS and I was told the most current is Q 2012 F, how do I go about updating that? Where can I get the file?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Does anyone have the firmware file that was associated with this former thread? Or anything else that could help me out?
I have DT166 kitchen controllers that need a .NET update
Thanks!!
I changed out the sata/ide adapter and blue screen gone. swapped them back and forth a few times to verify, but problem stayed with the adapter board, so problem solved. thanks for the help guys.
customer wants it that way. not my idea. I guess it's one of those " ooo this is shiny and new, I want it!" kind of things. I swapped drive/cable/adapter with another unit that had been working fine off the SSD, and now they are both running like a champ. makes no sense. But I am sure by...
I cloned an image from a 40GB IDE drive to a 64GB SATA SanDisk SSD and it will intermittently come up with a blue screen error (...007E). it doesn't happen on every 1510. Sometimes it's immediately upon loading windows, sometimes it runs for a couple hours then cuts to the blue screen. any...
I am having issues with COM1 not printing, it works perfectly and will test print through the utility, but not in normal operation. any ideas on what this could be? BIOS rev is 1025 and the CE 6.0 version is GR1.2
Thanks!
I am trying to convert some P1510 units to a solid state drive, it's a customer XP image from a 40GB IDE so I don't have the luxury of rebuilding it on the SSD from scratch, can only clone it over. the 1510 is an IDE only system board so I'm hooked up through an adapter board. it doesn't...
Upgrading RAM is cake, just power down/unplug, remove front panel, put in the larger size DDR that you want (max is 1GB per slot), power back up and be patient. the 1520 can take awhile to initialize new larger memory. the udoc you would need some cloning software. I just got here so I don't...
