Hi Folks!
Is there a way we can activate/deactivate a call flow? This is the scenario on our client:
They have 1 main call flow and they want to add an optional call flow if there's an outage, the optional call flow will be played.
Calls are not getting disconnected on the caller side if the callee already dropped the call during ringing stage.
We are using IPO R11.1 and Avaya SBC 8.1.1
I always get this error message "One or more mandatory fields are not set. check of SYSTEM_MGR_IP" even though I already setup the SMGR FQDN saying its valid and reachable thru DNS.
What is your strategy on upgrading CM 7.1 to CM8 without buying a new hardware? Like in CM, can I just download the 8.0 SP1 and patch it?
And also how on the SMGR and SM?
Hi guys!
Just want to ask if there's an upgrade path for G450 firmware?
The client G450 is in ver28 and they bought new cm server version 8.
How can I upgrade the G450 firmware can I jump into the latest fw for cm8 version?

Does anyone of you encountered the slowness of response of the Web Manager? How did you resolved it?
For example: once you tried to login it took to long to respond to have successfully logged in & when also doing a changes in web Manager it is not instantly did the changes.

Upon checking on wireshark the reference timestap is out of date.
But the client is saying that their NTP is working fine even if I told them the reference timestamp is out of date.
Hi Guys! Can you help me on this one? When our application CM & ESS do the failover, ESS can do the failover but whenever the CM was up the failback doesnt happen we need to manual intervention on the ESS do reset system 4 or shutdown.
