Is there any downtime if I restore the XLN File? They have 2 CM which have the same version 7.1 I will backup the 8.1 XLN and restore it to their 7.1

you cannot restore 8.1 xln to 7.1 without causing mass software corruption.

restore xln does not cause downtime. This just replaces current xln1 and xln2. After restore, you must
reset system 4 to reload from the new xln file.. This causes the downtime.
