Just visiting in the USA. The CX am looking at has an E1 combo card connected to the CO using twisted copper pairs. what do you need to replace the twisted pair with a fiber pair.

The 3300 CX/CXi is currently connected to the CO with Analog trunks which have been very unreliable and now wants to replace it with a digital link. There is spare fiber pair that the CO suggests using to connect to the 3300 CX Unused E1 combo card
