Deploying new system on 8.1. What are the options for licensing with AVP. I cannot load either Weblm or SMGR ova's. Is a standalone server the only option?
I was able to convert some 1230's to SIP and register to Session manager on my CS1k. Currently I have a single line set? What is the licensing required and is anyone able to get features to work? 7.6 sp7

I have an issue wtih a 1000b new turnup. I can call back and forth to the main office, but calling from 1000b to 1000b it rings the set but no talkpath. I also cannot ping from 1000b to 1000b. Should I be able??

2 agents in bacic ACD Q when both are busy on calls I would like to send the caller after 2 minutes to a mailbox. Can not seem to implement this??????????
Customer has an i phone and all his messages from Outlook forward to this device except for the callpilot desktop messages which drop right into his Outlook inbox. Cp 5.0. Any ideas?
2 issues.
Some users can't hear messages played on their desktops due to very low volume. And yes vol is turned up to max.
When customers Mail Server was down their messages never made it to their inbox. Is there a cache or buffer to where the callpilot tries to resend?
