Is anyone having an issue with the year 2011 showing up in the web reports? I'm unable to run any reports for this year (the last 4 day).

Am I missing something? This is a TM4 btw.

Thanks in advance.

What type of reports. I can run traffic reports. make sure your dates are correct in the filter.

I have seen this on a couple of customers I support. This seems like a product issue. I have a feeling they hard coded the drop down box with the dates instead of dynamically generating them with code. Your best bet is to just use the server side Telecom Billing System to run your reports until they release a patch.

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of dltmike. On server reporting works fine, but I don't want to give the end users access to the server.

I've got a call into Nortel (Avaya, whatever) for the issue and if I hear anything helpful I'll be sure to share it here.

Alright. Avaya has not released a patch on this yet, but there is a fix.

Download the attached file on this post and replace the file on the TM server located in:

C:\Program Files\Nortel\Telephony Manager\Millennium\Web\Execs and it will increase the available year on the web reports to 2016.

Please keep in mind that this fix is for TM4, I am unaware if this works on other releases.

Thanks all for your input.

wow that page produces a lot of pop ups.

That's free file hosting with mediafire for ya.

Also, for those who are curious, a server reboot is not needed.

Another fix :

C:\Program Files\Nortel\Telephony Manager\Millennium\Web\Execs\mfDateHT.inc

open the text file mfDateHT.inc
find 2010 and change it to 2020
you're good for another ten years.
