    Cicso 9951 Gpickup or Pickup in CUCME?

    I have tried firstly with softkeys but found out that it will not work this way because they do not even show on the device. Then i used feature buttons. When i press GPickup to pickup a phone i get busy tone. Has anyone got it working? I am on CUCME 9.1 with 9951 SIP phones.

    I can not get it to work on CUCME 9.1 . If is is not supported it would be a really humiliating failure.

    The ticket is now closed because the IP Phones are not covered by the contract. Does anyone know whom should we refer to, perhaps someone from the team that design the firmwares, in order to fix the issue on a newer firmware?

    It is done. 20.000 numbers are being blocked from outgoing using VMPRO and Ms Access. VMPRO is a great product. Thanks for your answers.

    Exactly. They are not sequential. Plain random numbers. This is why i am thinking of the database.

    My customer needs to block about 20.000 outgoing numbers for legal reasons. I am thinking of trying to send all calls to VMPRO and compare the $KEY with the 20.000 numbers through a database. I already have the database license. Do you think something like that is possible? Any clarifications...

    One-X Communicator 6.1 SP9 Not ringing after a while

    Thank you for your answer, but it is not the same problem. I have opened a trouble ticket a week ago and also sent logs from one-x communicator but they have not answered yet. I ve tried to reproduce the problem on my laptop with Win 7 and the same headset, but it did not appear.

    Ringing through usb headsets works ok for a period of time, but after a while it stops ringing. The problem gets fixed if we go to the audio settings of one-x and click ok. Then after a while ringing stops again. Anyone faced the same problem? Is there any solution? CM 6.3 , Windows 7 . Thanks...

    Has anyone faced this problem? We are having trouble with 3 customers on System Platform 6.2 . No password is gaining access to System Platform. I ve done some searching and found a similar problem but for version 6.0.3.1.3. Is this a known problem? Thanks in advance.
