For your info you were all right and my programming was OK. I went onsite today and find out that the line 3 goes trough a Fax machine before the phone system and this fax machine don't transfer caller ID. Fail

Is it normal that the caller id on a DR5 824 (with a M8 module) only appear on the first set that answer the call. If that set transfer the call to someone else, the caller ID don't come up on that extension. I need some light on that one

When there is a message in a mailbox with a T7316 the indication MESSAGE at the screen come up but not the red light on the top of the screen. Is there anything I can do for that. It's an MICS 7.1 with as I remember a NAM voicemail.
