In the automated attendant tab The short codes are *8101-*8201-*8301, The only one that doesn't work is *8101

When I dial *8201 0r *8301 the system answers "To hear the recording" Etc.

The default short code is *81XX,"AA:"N".1",1,126,AutoAttendant,enu,False,cc305700810811e285bb00e0070edfe7,False

Thanks for the suggestions, the voice mail is running, I checked the system voice mail tab = embedded voice mail. The system does answer the call so the auto attendant is working, I just cant record a greeting. As soon as I dial *81 the system rejects the call.

IP 500 V2 11.0 I have an auto attendant set up, it does answer calls but plays silence, when I dial *8101 the system generate short code to record the greeting the display reads "call rejected". I would appreciate any suggestions, Thanks

I had this problem before, does the phone select a line automatically ? if not use auto line selection program to set witch lines the phone selects when going off hook.
