IP500 auto answer ?

Hello I am replacing my partner ACS systems with the IP500 basic edition
I have a customer with a ASA card installed that she uses on a dailey basis. Is there a way or a work around to emulate this feature on the IP500 ?
Will try anything.. Thanks

Basic Edition doesn't have ASA like the Partner. If you bumped it up to Essential you can set-up Announcements.

Basic/Partner Edition doesn't have everything the Partner ACS had unfortunately. I always try to get clients into essential as you then have more options.

I refuse to even allow our sales team to sell muppet basic mode it would cost you much more than $325 in support calls in the long run

Thank you both very much, the system in question has three lines and four phones, I sell small key systems, I am my sales team, If it goes to bid I lose to alot of other cheap systems.

as for the announcements will this feature emulate ASA ? Thanks again.
