Hi, as curlycord as suggested - Use baud rate of 9600 on the fax machine and ensure that the codec on the SIP trks are G.711 only
Don't use T38 or any complex codecs on the SIP trks.

Hi, I have not connected COLT SIP trks before, but they should connect the same way as Gamma, iNet, VoiceFlex, BT, etc... Is the authentication via IP Address or User Name and Password.

Then default the system and try swopping card positions to eliminate the KSU.. The backplane is not "dumb" and the slot may be the issue... or if you have a maintenance cabinet you could try that too.

The LG Hotel PMS commands are sent from the system... The front of house system needs to be able to read them. Best to contact Welcome and ensure they connect to the LG, as its their software that needs to read the PMS output.

Yes that's correct - the LDK-24 uses the GDC-100 Base station which supports 2 simultaneous calls. A channel is used on the base station to make the handset ring, so not all the handsets will ring as there are not enough channels on the base stations. Regards Steve
