I have a question on an Ipecs 50 B

When System is Nightswitched the calls are being Forwarded to System Speed Dial (Mobile Phone )

Call comes in & out to Customers mobile phone showing ISDN GDN Number

Question : Is there a way in the phone system to show the callers number on customers mobile instead of GDN ?

Cheers Rob

Hi Rob

if you are on BT ISDN i don't think you can

if you are on SIP trunks certan providers will alow you can pass the CLI through the system and back out again

Hi Rob
On ISDN30 (PRI) ISDN supplementary services could be enabled at the exchange (for a cost) The iPECS ISDN line side will need to be set for this feature too. ISDN-SS CD/CR feature would need to be Call Re-routing.

On ISDN2 (BRI) ISDN supplementary services could be enabled at the exchange (for a cost).. but with BRI ccts - there are two options available at the exchange.. If the exchange sets the ISDN2 up as an MSN - this is Call Deflection, if they set up the ISDN 2 as DDI - then the setting is Call Re-routing. The ISDN lines on the system, ISDN-SS CD/CR feature would need to be set as per exchange..

As in the previous reply - SIP providers usually allow the CLI to pass through.

Regards Steve
