I saw this coming years ago and created a fix. You can follow the instructions here: https://www.adventuresinvoip.ca/2021/03/automatic-daylight-savings-time-update.html
The TL;DR is that you download the file, extract it, then import the configuration for your time zone. The only configuration...
Windows 11 is not a supported platform for Voicemail Pro 9.1.
You probably nailed it with the Windows Update theory.
Migrate to an OS that is actually supported in documentation. If you aren't using MAPI just go with the Linux server. It works remarkably well.
Your settings look good to...
Sounds like a username and password issue.
Since it's O365 you could try logging in with Webmail to validate the credentials.
Make sure the O365 user password is set to never expire.

If they insist on using Public IP you can use the LAN2 port for the second connection and put in two IP routes - the primary route pointing to LAN1 with a metric of 0 and the backup route pointing to LAN2 with a metric of anything higher than 0. The system should prioritize the interface with...
On your Embedded AA how is the transfer configured? A Normal Transfer definitely won't work because it will be treated as a Dial by Number without a valid extension. Dial By Number won't work for the same reason. A Transfer might work, but it would only work as a single-digit option (i.e. press...
IPO Server backups can be stored locally or on a Linux-based FTP server. Those are the only options. Restoration is always from the OtherBackups folder.
I'm not sure about your recordings on the NAS. I haven't done any deployments like that.

That should do it.
The sender and username match?
Is your VMPro server Linux- or Windows-based? If it's Windows you can use dbgview to do some SMTP troubleshooting. Either way, turn on the debug logging to get individual SMTP sessions logged. From there you can see how the conversation is...
@nnaarrnn are you sure about needing a different license?
The comcodes for IP Office 11, for the most part, show licenses as being SE/VIRTUALIZED, with the exception of the ADI upgrade licenses. I believe this requirement was deprecated with the introduction of PLDS licensing.

Go to Security Settings. Under System, select the Certificates tab. Click View to confirm that the default identity certificate is the one generating the alert on the phone. If it matches click Regenerate.

The hardware requirements aren't that high, I would just tell the customer they need to meet the system requirements and push them to put in a bare metal server.

I hope I'm not losing my mind!
Years ago I had to service a customer's CS1000M and they had a unique piece of hardware that I hadn't seen before. It was a cabinet that housed a CP PIV and SUTL cards. It had a fan with a filter on the left side. It looked like an MG1000 cabinet but it was about...
These are custom connectors. They're designed so that you can't plug something in to the wrong port. You won't be able to make one yourself.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. You would need to get some SIP information from the far end, and it would have to be heavy on testing, but SIP is SIP (sort of), and it should at a minimum make it possible to process calls.

I'm no expert on this subject, but does your WAV file conform to the IP Office requirements for music on hold? The IP Office won't play anything internally that isn't configured as 128 kbps/16 bit/mono/8khz/PCM.
If that doesn't help, then hopefully someone else has an idea...
There may be application notes, but probably not. I've integrated a bunch of different systems with IP Office - SIP is pretty standardised (although not perfect) so it's not too difficult.
What is the far end system type?
