am. I downgraded to 9.0.10, and even though that initially corrupted the SIP trunk, it seems to work better now. No reboots so far, so I´ll keep it there for now.
IPO. No one-x connected to this one.

Hi all,
I upgraded a IPOv2 yesterday, going from 8.0(61) --> 8.1 (91) --> 9.1.6. But now it seems to reboot every 2 hours. Anyone seen this before?

Thanks for the replys.
No it´s not a dealbreaker at all, I just wondered if anyone had a workaround to this. The problem occurs when the phone is used to dial the number, so only the soundstream is picked up by bluetooth. So the steering button doesnt work (at least thats how the customer...
When calling out from a mobilephone using FNE32, the mobile get a dialtone instead of disconnecting when the B part ends the phonecall. This is a problem for someone who uses the bluetooth function in the car for the call. Anyone found a workaround for this, so that the call acutally get...
Thanks intrigrant,
A bit worrisome to hear half the staff is gone. Would explain the serious misstakes that has been made lately though (thinking of twinning functionality that stops working after upgrading to 9.0.2, and that its not solved in 9.0.3 even though ticket was opened before release)
There seem to be a lot of mobile twinning issues from 9.0 onwards. For me after upgrading to 9.1.2 the system didn´t treat the calls as busy even though there is an ongoing twinned call. Found this in the releasenotes (Tech Bulletin 183) for 9.1.4 that I hope resolve these issues, but haven´t...
I see in the documentation that IP400 modules no longer are supported in 9.1. However, we have our inhouse system on 9.1 and it includes a IP400v2 Phone 16 module. So I wonder if the 400v1 modules are not supported, and the 400v2 are supported even though I can´t find it in the documentation...
Aha! there you go :) well, the one who did the test was the swede sitting right next to you both, one of the ones who drove the wrong way ending up being half a day late for the thing :)
I've never actually used that before, which is a shame really. Any sugestions on what to look for that can...
Hi Bas!
Good to hear from you, was at the same IPOCC "BootCamp" as you in May (one of the swedes in the back).
Well, I too was sure it was the network when starting to look at this, I mean it always is. But looking into it I slowly had to give in to the option that it might actually be the...
IP500v1 8.0(53)
The IPO is supposed to support 120 SIP sessions, but it doesn´t seem to be the case. A bunch of wierd stuff starts to happen around 80, sound issues, calls disconnecting, delays when trying to call out and so on. I just wonder if anyone know has encountered this problem before...
Thanks CarGoSki.
Thats where I found an error at the time the "Reset Web Services" task was run. I don´t really know what to think about it though:
Exception: System.ApplicationException: HistoricalReportingService.LoadSavedReportParameterSet failed --->...
I´ve looked a little further into this, and it turns out that the "Resetting web services" scheduled task seem to be what causes the daily messages from working the next day. If they log out the wallboard and log in again it seems like it works again, but before then the messages return...
Yes, thats true. I figured it was something like that at first, but that is not the problem here. They just started using the function, and it worked at first but not anymore. Will try to reboot the whole system when possible.
I´m have a problem sending messages to the wallboard from the Supervisor/Scheduling view. I get "Instant message failed" when trying. The Wallboard in itself works as expected. Anyone had any similar issues?
