Hello guys!
Does anyone have success configuring the SIP Trunk with TLS and SRTP between MG100/300 and the SIP Provider?
I have a scenario here where the PBX and SIP Provider are failing in the handshake.
I tested it in another 3rd party PBX and it works. After the PBX received the certificate...
Hello LuigiEspo!
The command alarm -p -f detail can give you more details for each alarm. Also, you can see at /var/log/messages in each LIM to search for more information.

Hello!
Does anyone know if Mitel 6800i series SIP Phones can support RFC 2453 and "Use Outbound Proxy in Dialog"?
A customer has a 3rd party PBX that use this method to reproduce music-on-hold when a station put a call on hold or transfer calls. We have an example of Yealink SIP Phones working...
Hello!
In 2018 this thread thread1329-1783882 mention that 6900 phones with SIP firmware doesn't work with 3rd party SIP PBX. I never found the F.A.Q. document that mentions this. Is this information still valid?
6900 series cannot be used with 3rd party PBX?

I have a MX-ONE 5.0 SP8 system, with 6 LIMs/servers, and the HD of Server 3 "died'.
So, I replace the server and prepared it with new installation of MX-ONE files, to do a Repair Server procedure.
But, when I tried to do it, I'm receiving the following error message from SSH, and the procedure...
Hi all!

Hi martinhodge!
Yes, we have free VoIP channels enough in the system. We have a VOIB128 with 64 channels just to relay, and we have only 38 IP-DECTs in the system to use it, that is, we never used the top of capacity. We are using just PCMA codec with 20ms of packetization (in both eMG and...
Hi!
We are using the latest version of Unified SW, 3.5.17. But I have been this issue since we installed the system, in older versions, like 3.1.7.
Thanks.

Hello friends
I'm having problems with iPECS IP-DECT system GDC-800Bi (O&M by RTX) connected with an iPECS eMG system. We deployed a MultiCell system with 14 base stations and 38 GDC-800H terminals in a factory, taking care of minimal signal strength between base stations to do "Air Sync"...
thread1613-1752381
I'm trying to register this kind of terminals such as described in this post:
https://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1752381
But I'm not having success. The iPECS GDC600 is configured in the eMG80 system, and working fine with iPECS DECT terminals (GDC500H). But when I...
As I know, IP-DECTs are registered in iPECS UCP/eMG systems (Unified) as a SIP Phone, and iPECS UCP/eMG systems don't support callback feature in SIP Phones, unfortunately. But other than that, works well.
Dear Norbert,
Sorry about my inattention! I confess, my eyes cheated me and I didn't see the CONTACT field in the packet earlier.
Thank you so much for your diagnose!
Now, I will request to GSM SIP GW developer to apply this correction.
Best Regards,
Edgar
Dear snor, I updated HF3 to HF4 in hope to solve the problem, but without success. The 2 SIP routes have exactly the same parameters. Follow sip_route printout:
mxone_admin@mxone63:~> sip_route -print -route 84 -short
Route data for SIP destination
route : 84
protocol = udp

I've been checked it, but the 2 routes have the same parameters, as you can see bellow:

Hello friends!
I'm having some problems in a customer with SIP Trunk between MX-ONE 6.3 SP1 HF4 (VMWare virtualized server + physical MGU v 2.5.4), and a GSM SIP GW used to calls to cell phones.
Per example, when I'm dialing from analog or digital extensions to my cell phone using this GW, I...
No, but you can delete the faulty log file (fault_log.txt), connecting in maintenance mode (console), and using this command bellow:
sys rm fault_log.txt
