    HI I have MiVB 10.1 and MiCC 10.1 In a Q I have a Rad playing after 10 secs then another after 30 secs, in between I get silence not embedded MoH which is what is set to play. in all involved COS I have music on transfer set to yes any help please.

    Hi VMiVB ver 8.1 I have FTP to /db/eMoH and download the file, there is Mitel KB which says you have to rename the file with a .raw extension and then convert to .wav mono 8bit 8Khz A-Law, I have down all the but still cant play the file on my PC. Any ideas please? Thanks
