I have been playing around with VB making various Virtual Machines...just because.
It was easy installing Windows Server 2016, Windows 11, Ubuntu and Kali, so I thought I would download other OS's and try it.
Here is a screenshot of Ubuntu, Kali, Windows XP SP3, Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows...
Back in the 1990's I worked with an interconnect that paid $50 for the week you were on call and time spent on emergency service calls. The problem is the company would service any system whether they knew it or not: All the variations of Nortel, AT&T, Comdial, Iwatsu, TIE, Panasonic, Inter-Tel...
Next version of Windows will be taking the best of Windows CE, Windows ME and Windows NT and will be called Windows CEMENT.

The step from Windows 7 to Windows 10 isn't as strange as it was from Windows 3.11 to Windows 95.

That's why I posted what I did. One Drive does it Live so there is minimal delay not a day or week delay. Each device probably has it's own user, so it has it's own account.

If you are using Windows you have OneDrive:
How to backup your computer to the cloud with OneDrive folder protection:
Open up OneDrive settings via the system tray icon and move to the Auto Save tab.
Click the Update folders buttons.
Select which folders you would like to be backed up and...
I don't know what you have tried but try the easy obvious stuff first:
Power to the device?
Is the network seeing the device?
Have you tried the Arlo support website?

I will propose to customer to re-pull with outdoor rated and back charge EC for not using waterproof EMT fittings or rigid."
Can you prove the EC didn't? While the slab was poured but before the walls and ceiling were installed...exposed to the outdoor elements (rain, perhaps?).
Beside it...
If it's in slab you shouldn't use your everyday Cat 6 cable: it's not manufactured for that environment and I would be surprised if an Electrical Inspector would allow it! Use the correct cable for wet locations.

Are you 100% sure you are NOT in Tablet mode?
if that's not the case try:
Run DISM Tool as an ADMIN
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
then
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Reboot.
next would be to Regedit...but I'll leave that up to you...
Just be sure to keep up with the times...

Looks like I will have to wait some more for Microsoft® to fix their mistake. Last batch didn't help.
