It is currently set to 1, p-preferred-identity. I will try it with 0 asserted-identy but I have this on some other systems and it does not add the user-agent part of the header.
Edit. Didn't make a difference unfortunately
Almost identical route for me but on the 2000 series and now the SV9300. Have to say, I quite like the SV9300 and the migration from 2000 to 9300 was pretty smooth. The scripting is great and once you navigate through the Jinglish, its ok. But yeah, could definitely be much more user friendly...
Does anyone know what command adds the "user agent" in the SIP header when the SV9300 is sending register requests? I have a system where the provider changed something and now I keep getting 401 reject messages when trying to register the SIP trunk. The provider insists that we need to send the...
Thanks Neax.
To answer my own question I managed to do this with command BA:
BA45>01:1234567890
(01 being the SIP profile number)
Hope this will help someone else in future.
Does anyone know how to set up forced account codes on the NEC 8100? I had a look at the feature programming manual and it seems all correctly programmed but for some reason one can still make calls by dialing a 9. I want all toll calls to require an account code before it allows the call to be...
Thanks for the reply. These are all set correctly. I did a search on the system data in PC pro for SMDR and checked every single setting too. It simply does not make sense.
I used Hyper terminal like you suggested to connect trough IP on the Voip port, it is set to use the voip port, and it connects. If I press enter I get T3000030055 but on the main site (01) and remote site (05). But no data stream. I double checked the programming multiple times, reset the phone...
Ok, more specifically, does anyone have the documentation of how exactly the terminal is supposed to initiate and connect to the PBX to receive the SMDR records?
I.e. what bits etc it needs to send? I need this for a custome SMDR terminal that is being developed for our purposes. I get the...
Does anyone have a cheat-sheet to set up SMDR on a SV9300? I followed the programming manual but not getting any records through so looking for what I am doing wrong.
I have a lot of background noise, like static fizzing (not buzzing or humming) which seems to be simply because the actual line volume is too high, similar to when one turns up the volume on a stereo without any music playing.
This is before I even dial or do anything, simply picking up the...
@Belevedere,
Thanks very much for this. I read through the manual and concluded that there isn't a way of directly listing up all the names and extensions in one report.
Instead, in the script editor using cmd: @STN5 (for IP multiline terminals) and clicking read gives one all the programmed...
Thanks very much for this, very helpful indeed.
I read through this but there is a specific thing I am trying to achieve but it didn't say how to do this. Maybe the scripting isn't even the right tool.
Basically I am simply trying to get a list up of all the extensions and their names. Is...
