Avaya did teh same as R10.0 to R10.1 just after a very little time. I suppose (I hope, to be honest) they were inn a hurry due to CentOS bugs so the easiest and quickest solution was R12.0, this could explain the lack of product infos, the mistakes in official docs and so on. Ho to explain to...
It could not be enough, 'cause iOS phones make the app in sleeping mode after a while, it means that the Apple Push Notification Service (APN) has to be synchronized with the IPO via the Avaya Cloud "SPACES". No other licenses are needed but time to program them all
The Google smtp works fine (just tried) but only using the IP500 alarming, viceversa me too faced the same issue on IPO SE VoiceMail a few days ago, it was not mandatory so I did not investgate, I suppose it's a system bug or a security issue, anyway here the gmail settings:
IP Office account...
if the needing is the same described in that link you must:
- Install database option to associate personal PIN to each customer
- send the call to db in order to recognize the customer on PIN basis
- then propose the call flow as your needings
If, viceversa, you can use just the same PIN to...
I suppose the AI statement is related to AURA systems, for what is in my knowledge there is no "STT" - Speech To Text - license for the IP Office environment. The only Speech recognizing engine (ASR) is due to the IP Office if hosted via AWS.
Go to Security Settings, Unsecured interfaces, un-thick "Use Service User Credentials" then change the Monitor Password (the default one is still used) with a new one, save and exit. I think you now will be able to use monitor with the new credentials, the System password does not change.
Mumble.... surprised by the short elapsed time from 12.0, i looks like when they quickly passed from 10.0 to 10.1 because plenty of bugs... Any idea about release date?
Hello mates, have just seen on the support site R12.1 docs, I am really surprised, no announcements or preliminary infos at all, wondering if somebody knows the release date and other details
You're right @Westi, absolutely (I would give you a star but I still haven't understood how to with this f..k of new site).
'cause I am courious I have just had a look at the stock value, it's still at 0,28 like in the 2023, what a great success of the Management !
All has been already written in my first reply, surely my english is not pefect but, as sizbut underlined, with a little of flexibility I think the sense was clear.
Let me reformulate: "... in the centralized VM scenario just one server is requested, no additional parts are requested on remote sites"... sound better?
VM Client is just requested to administrate the server, wherever it is.
If you need Centralized VM no needing to add nothing in the remote sites, viceversa if you realy need Distribuited you need an additional VM Server which syncronize itself with the other one
