When I try to open reports in a particular folder from Crystal reports 10 I get the following error: "CrystalEnterprise10.FW_InfoObjects.1 '0x80042A37' Item 1 was not found in the collection.line: 2488" If I access the same reports from CE 10 , I can view them !!!

Well as of now it is maintianing from 11/29 and it is 338 instances. I did see the option of "Limit" after N instances in the history tab but not sure all of a sudden it has started doing this for every report on there, so wondering is there any centralised control for this. Thnaks a lot

Hi, When I create a report the tree / drop down links are open by default and even when I open it , the default values come overlapping the given by user. The version is 10.0 . is htere anyway we can set the tree structure on the left hand side using preferences or options?. Thanks, Vinay

Thanks Turkbear, Got the issue solved by using the Add user/Group option!

The Version is 10 and there is a group existing in the CE , now this group has to be updated with respect to giving rights to another module reports. Hope this helps , sorry for not posting the version. Vijay

Hi Turkbear, Well I did resolve the issue, it was the DSN name that the user has specified that was a problem. I found that out in CE 10 CMC , Process, Database. Thanks a lot though !

I have checked the accounts, the user has admin rights. The issue I am guessing is accesing the DB. How do I know where to find the DB directory in CE 10 , I mean which tab?. Thanks, Vinay
