I "think" I've been able to answer my own question!
I've changed the default UI Style under Configuration - System Properties - Primary UI Style from CallPilot to NVM
And again under the "Class of Service" option on the Mailbox admin.
Is this correct?
Thanks
Matt
Hi,
Following a system crash, we purchased a new BCM 400 (V4) which was the same as the system that died on us.
I have just re-confirguered the Voicemail but I've noticed that now, when we press Feature 981 and access the mailbox, the Menus/Options and display on the LCD is different to how it...
Thanks Curlycord,
It sounds like it was setup how you just described it:-
When using Pools and Pool codes you will see the line after 9 then the phone number dialed: "Line 008" then "XXX XXX-XXXX"
How do I get the system to work like that again?
If I go into Dialing Plan - Routing I see the...
I've been in and checked the Display name of the lines and that is not the problem. The Lines are labelled as Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 4, Line 5, Line 6, Line 7, Line 8

Again, the system is working...
The actual physical lines have not been changed from how the system was setup prior to the crash to how it is now, so it's got to be something within the programming but I'm not too sure what I need to be looking for?
Thanks
Matt

Where in the BCM Element Manager should I be looking to find where to set it so that when a 9 is pressed, it shows up a Line Number, then dial the number?
I "think"...
Hi All,
We have had a replacement BCM 400 setup as our last box died on us a few days back, on the old box, when a user dialed 9 for an outside line the Word "Line" would appear, then if you entered the number you wanted to dial it would display as 01691123456
Since the swap over, pressing 9...
