The problem is i got the motherboard from ebay and it didn't come with a manual, and it might just be faulty. I know i have the LED and power connectors correct, and i looked off an online manual of the motherboard and set the jumpers correctly. Even if some jumpers aren't exactly set up...

It is a DTK motherboard PRM-0080i eo supports up to pentium 3 800 mhz. This thing is like 4 years old so it does not have a light to indicate that the power is on. The jumper has been set to clear, and back to normal so that is not the problem. Would the frequency jumpers make it not power up?
