Just installed a 9.1 ip office 500v2 voice mail server is a dell running linux with voice mail pro and one X on same server.
everything works but im having issues with the client and outlook add on. I can log in as a user but not getting messages to pop up it continues to say checking messages...
I'm having the same problem. the computers show a security alert and i can get past it, but it pops up every time. My one x is running and works fine but voice mail shows checking messages on every computer.

their is no single book that will teach you how to administer the switch . i've been working on them for 10 years , and i still don't know everthing . if you just took the job have them send you to one of avaya's schools that should get you enough to get going
