Learning the Avaya G3r 1

I just took a job at a place that has Avaya G3r PBXs, so I need to get up to speed on them. I've looked at the documentation on Avaya's site and so far I haven't found it to be very useful for learning the system. The documentation seems to be aimed at people who already understand the system.

Do any of you know of any online materials that give a good overview or introduction to this line of PBXs and perhaps explains some configuration basics?

their is no single book that will teach you how to administer the switch . i've been working on them for 10 years , and i still don't know everthing . if you just took the job have them send you to one of avaya's schools that should get you enough to get going
